Refund policy

We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Should you encounter any issues with our product, please inform us within 7 days of purchase. By completing your transaction, you acknowledge that the decision to issue a refund is at the sole discretion of Divergent Sound staff, and that all decisions made are final.

If you can provide evidence that the product is defective or does not match its description, we are happy to provide a refund or store credit.

Divergent Sound does not refund products if:

• You no longer need the purchased product.

• You have changed your mind or found an alternative product.
• You cannot use the product due to hardware or software limitations or insufficient knowledge.

Before making a purchase, we strongly advise our customers to carefully review the product description and the necessary software and hardware requirements on the respective product pages.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for products that require additional software to operate (such as Digital Audio Workstation-specific libraries or Software Synth Preset Banks). 

We do not make any guarantees for use of our products with cracked or illegally downloaded software. 

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they have the necessary knowledge and tools to utilize our products.

You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date (found in your Order Confirmation Email). If you wish to request a return please contact us at info@divergentsound.co.uk and include your order number and reason for the refund request.
